In moderation, some anxiety can be helpful. It encourages us to stay focused on and accomplish our goals. Unfortunately, stress can also get away from us and become unmanageable. The busier our lives become the harder it can be to manage our stress in healthy ways.
We will work with you to evaluate and address the aspects of your life that may be bringing excess stress. We will discuss your values and goals and determine where you want and/or need to dedicate your time and attention. We will also discuss healthy skills for managing overwhelming stress.
